Wally Sanger is the president and owner of Royal Professional Builders. He has lived in South Florida since 1981, when he moved from Dayton, Ohio to Royal Palm Beach and formed Royal Professional Builders.

Wally Sanger is known as a business leader and innovative entrepreneur in Palm Beach County and beyond. His high standards for quality and customer service have been rewarded by statewide awards as well as by the loyalty of his employees, customers and sub-contractors. Wally’s knowledge and experience in the building industry combined with his endless desire to invent more energy- efficient and stronger buildings, have made him a leader in the industry.

At Royal Professional Builders we build more than homes. We build homes that are perfect for South Florida. "Hurricane Resistance" and "Energy Efficiency" are the trademark and corner stone of each and every Royal Professional Builders home.

Royal Professional Builders has built more than 3,000 homes in Wellington, Royal Palm Beach and the Acreage. Capturing the Port St. Lucie market in 2002, more than 800 homes were sold in this area to date.

Wally’s desire to build homes that are stronger and more energy-efficient than conventionally built cement block homes led to the creation of Royall Wall Systems in 1989. Royall Wall has experienced tremendous acceptance by home buyers as well as other builders throughout Florida who appreciate the many advantages this wall system offers.
